Courage K. Abiwu is a Governance Professional with significant years of expertise in applications of Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Company Law & Administration and Board Room Dynamics principles.

He is currently the Corporate Governance Adviser to OFC Energy Limited, the Secretary to the Board and as well the Executive Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
Courage K. Abiwu has over fourteen (14) years’ experience. Prior to joining OFC Energy Limited, he was in a short- term consulting services with private companies such Grant Partners Ghana, BAM Petroleum Limited, BAM Institute, FIRMUS Advisory, and with Trans Africa University College as Part time Business law lecturer.

In Private business practice as a Legal/Governance consultant, he has managed OX-Brew Advisory providing various services. He worked at K-San Law Firm as Corporate Legal Executive performing different tasks including Corporate Legal Administration, Company Secretary Services, Legal Finance, Human Resource and Management, Client Services etc. He is a licensed Oath Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana. He worked with the Institute of Democratic Governance on various political/governance projects.

Courage K. Abiwu holds BA degree from University of Ghana, Legon, an Executive Professional Legal Education Certificate from Ghana School of Law. He is a qualifying candidate of the Chartered Governance Institute (England and Wales). He is currently pursuing an EMBA/DBA at Nobel International Business School (NIBS)-Accra and taking qualifying exams for admission as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
