MR. AKPAH SNR is Ghanaian by birth. He is Director and the Board Chairman of the Company. Hillarius is a 50% shareholder in OFC Energy Limited. Over the years, Hillarius has developed expertise in Financial Engineering with huge knowledge in Investments Scenario Planning. He has over 20 years of varying corporate experiences in fundraising for several projects and project management.
Mr. Akpah holds a Mini MBA in International Investment from Robert Kennedy College, Zurich and Certificate in Strategic Management from ABBEY Business School, Leicester, UK.
