Mr. Adzimah is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with the Certificate from Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana. Over 20 years, he has developed expertise in financial & business management, internal control and performance analysis with different companies. Before joining OFC Energy, he worked with International Centre for Professional Studies as Deputy Director Finance and Administration then with Christian Fosu & Associates, Chartered Accountant as Audit Assistant. As head of Finance with Narh Global Services Limited, then with Narh Global Services Liberia Limited, as Country Head of Finance & Administration. He also worked with Blue Rose Group of Companies as Financial Controller. Over the years in private practice, he executed various projects for corporate entities and individual organizations including Tobinco Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ghana Aids Commission, Metroclean, Shiraco Invest Limited and G-Narh Company Limited. Raphael is an expert in Ghana tax law and tax planning. He was also a former Financial Management and Managerial Accounting lecturer at the University College of Entrepreneurship–Accra and University of Cape Coast Distance Learning Program and Pan Africa University College, Accra. Raphael also holds BA degree from University of Ghana, Legon; Professional certifications from ACCA and Certificate in French Proficiency–L’Université d’Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso
